This Privacy Policy describes how the I Jobs mobile application and the ijobsiq.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Iraq Jobs Foundation ("we", "us"), collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — when you register: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted). Signing in with Google shares your Google name and email with us.
• Job application data — when you apply for a job: your CV/resume file and any details you include in the application. This is shared with the employer of that job posting.
• Notification preferences — the job categories you choose to follow for alerts, and a push-notification device token (via OneSignal) so we can deliver job alerts you requested. Guests browsing without an account may also receive device-level notifications if enabled.
• Usage data — basic technical data such as job view counts and app language/theme preferences (stored on your device).

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and job applications.
• To send push notifications about new jobs and application updates — only if you enable them.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

Your application details and CV are shared only with the employer whose job you applied to. We use trusted service providers to operate the Service (e.g., OneSignal for push notifications, Google for optional sign-in). These providers process data only on our behalf.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing HR@ijobsiq.com — we will remove it within 30 days.

5. Security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored hashed.

6. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over and is not directed at children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be available at ijobsiq.com/privacy.html.
